Can I choose my own colors or yarn?

Absolutely! Most items can be made in custom colors. Just let me know your preferences when you reach out or place your order, and I'll do my best to accommodate. Yarn availability may vary.

What materials do you use?

I use high-quality yarns and materials selected for durability, softness, and beauty. Specific fiber content varies by item — product listings include material details, and you're always welcome to ask before purchasing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because everything is handmade to order, please allow the following processing times before your item ships:

  • Custom earrings: 5–14 business days
  • Blankets & apparel: 2–6 weeks

How much does shipping cost?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

I want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please reach out through my Contact page to initiate a return.

Can I return a custom order?

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on my part. If there's an issue with your order, please contact me and I'll make it right!

What if my item arrives damaged?

I'm so sorry if that happens! Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and I'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

How do I care for my crochet items?

To keep your handmade pieces looking their best:

  • Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or use the delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag.
  • Lay flat to dry — avoid hanging, which can stretch the fibers.
  • Avoid high heat from dryers or irons.
  • Store folded rather than hung to maintain shape.

Crochet Earring Cleaning & Care FAQ

How do I care for my crochet earrings?

Our crochet earrings are handmade with yarn and mixed metal findings. To keep them looking beautiful, avoid water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and heavy moisture. After wearing, gently wipe the metal parts with a soft cloth and store your earrings in a dry place.

Will the metal change color over time?

Yes. Because our earrings are made with mixed metals, natural oxidation or tarnishing may happen over time. This is common with fashion jewelry.

Silver-toned metals may develop a greenish tint, and gold-toned metals may deepen into a darker gold color. Exposure to air, moisture, body chemistry, and products on the skin can all cause these changes.

How do I clean my earrings?

Use a gentle jewelry cleaner on the metal parts only. Lightly clean or carefully scrub the metal areas, then wipe them dry with a soft cloth. Make sure your earrings are completely dry before wearing or storing them.

If you notice green or yellowish buildup, that is usually a sign your earrings need to be cleaned.

Can makeup get on the yarn?

Yes. Since our earrings include yarn, makeup can transfer onto the fibers, especially if you wear heavier foundation. To help reduce transfer, use a setting spray and allow your makeup to fully dry before putting on your earrings.

If makeup gets on your earrings, gently clean with jewelry cleaner and use a cloth to rub  gently remove stain the affected area and allow the earrings to fully dry.

Are these earrings good for sensitive ears?

Our earrings are made with mixed metals and may not be suitable for highly sensitive ears. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend limiting wear time or using protective barriers such as silicone backs or earring sleeves.

You can also apply a thin layer of clear nail polish to the metal post or hook for added protection.

 Please ask for Gold filled we are transitioning all of or our earring to stainless steel gold filled or gold gold is a option for an additional price.  

When should I replace my earrings?

If you have had your earrings for a year or longer, oxidation may build up and may not fully clean off. At that point, it may be time to treat yourself to a fresh pair, especially if they are one of your favorite styles.

We are also upgrading to more durable, gold-filled materials for longer-lasting wear.
