We strive to exceed your expectations on your handcrafted items we work very hard on your hand made products.
If your items is does not meet to your expectations by working together we can make it right for you. We love to make our customers happy.
We guarantee the top and best quality. Since all of our items are customized, we do not accept returns however we want to make things right for our customers.
We take pride in our brand and put our customers FIRST, so please trust us to make things right for you! If we can't fulfill your order you will receive a full refund refund may take up to 3-5 days
SHIPPING POLICY
All items on HEADTURINGCROCHET.COM are handmade by me, Kristen.
I take pride in my work, therefore I do not rush through orders!
I make everything with love and care!
The current processing time is 5-14 business days for CUSTOM earrings, hats and small items.
The current prociessing time is 2-6 weeks for CUSTOM blankets, cardigans, beachwear, apparel and etc.
Everything else ships within 3-5 business days. The date and time of your order is when your design time starts. Please understand, I am typically im working on multiple projects at once, so be patient. Please note, if you have multiple handmade items it may take longer.
We are closed on Sundays to give my hands a break.
